The following events occurred on November 11, 2025:
All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

MVC - Property Damage:
At 6:11 AM, Deputies responded to a two vehicle crash in the intersection of STH 92 and CTH E, Town of Brooklyn. Beau York, 33, Albany was northbound on CTH E when he lost control attempting to slow down for the stop sign at the intersection with STH 92. York entered the intersection where he was struck by an eastbound dump truck, operated by Stephen Schuch, 59, Fitchburg. The dump truck crossed the center line and slid off the roadway, striking a road sign before coming to rest in a field.
York reported wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. York’s vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Schuch reported wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. The dump truck sustained functional damage with no airbag deployment, and was driven from the scene.
MVC - Property Damage:
At 6:52 AM, Deputies responded to a single vehicle crash in the W800 block of STH 92, Town of Brooklyn. Taylor R Brown, 19, Brooklyn, reported that she was westbound when she lost control due to icy roads. Brown reported wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured. The vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
MVC - Property Damage:
At 12:39 PM, Deputies located a single vehicle crash in the N4300 block of State Highway 59, Town of Sylvester. Rosie A. Martin, 19, Albany, was traveling eastbound when Martin failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle then exited the roadway and entered the east ditch, where the vehicle collided with a road sign. The vehicle re-entered the roadway and was parked along the east shoulder. Martin reported wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured. The vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment. It was towed from the scene.
Martin was cited for Failure to Control Vehicle, Operate Without a Valid License-Expired, Operate Motor Vehicle Without Insurance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Martin was released pending a court date.
MVC - Personal Injury:
At 3:54PM, Deputies, along with Albany Fire Dept and Albany EMS responded to a single vehicle crash with injuries in the W1200 block of CTH C, Town of Brooklyn. Friedrich W. Noreik, 74, Albany, was traveling west when he reported that he fell asleep. Noreik's vehicle entered the south ditch where it came to rest. Noreik reported wearing his seatbelt and sustained injuries. He was transported to a hospital via ambulance. The vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.
