The following events occurred on November 2, 2025:

MVC - Property Damage:
At 1:49 PM, Deputies responded to the intersection of State Highway 81 and County Highway T, Town of Spring Grove, for a two-vehicle crash with no injuries. Kelly M. Kloster, 42, Pecatonica, was traveling southbound on County Highway T. Kloster reported she stopped at the stop sign and did not observe any oncoming traffic. Kloster proceeded into the intersection and collided with an eastbound vehicle on STH 81, operated by Roger W. Davis, 66, Beloit.
Kloster and her passenger reported wearing their seatbelts, and were uninjured. The vehicle sustained disabling damage with no airbag deployment. Kloster’'s vehicle was towed from the scene. Davis reported his seatbelt, and was uninjured. Davis’ vehicle sustained functional damage with no airbag deployment, and was driven from the scene.
Kloster was cited for Fail to Yield to the Right of Way From a Stop Sign and was released pending court.
