ATV/UTV Violation/OWI:
At 8:08 PM, Erica R Voelker, 29, was stopped for operating a UTV in the N4400 block of STH 59, Town of Sylvester. She was subsequently arrested for Operating ATV/UTV While Intoxicated. Erica was issued a citation for Unauthorized Operation of ATV/UTV On or In the Vicinity of a Highway. She was released to a responsible party pending a court date.
