Motor Vehicle Crash – Personal Injury
At 8:14 PM, Deputies, along with New Glarus EMS and New Glarus FD, responded to the W6300 block of STH 39, in the Town of New Glarus, for a single vehicle crash with injuries. The investigation found that James R. Miller, 61, of Monona was traveling eastbound when he failed to negotiate a curve. Miller then entered the north ditch, where he struck a power pole, and then overturned. Miller was wearing his seatbelt and was later transported to the hospital due to sustained non-life-threatening injury. Miller’s vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.
