All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The following incident occurred on Thursday, October 06, 2021:

Single Vehicle Rollover Crash:

At approximately 3:52 PM, Deputies responded to the N6600 block of County Highway J, in the Town of Adams, for a one vehicle roll over crash. Investigation revealed that Mara L. Anunson, 18 of Mt. Horeb, WI, was traveling north on County Highway J, and was negotiating a right curve in the roadway. Mara’s tires entered the east shoulder and she over corrected, causing her vehicle to slide across the roadway. The vehicle then entered the north ditch, where it overturned, coming to a rest on it’s wheels. 

The vehicle sustained disabling damage and there was no airbag deployment. Mara sustained very minor injuries and she reported wearing her seatbelt. Mara declined any medical attention. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Don’s Towing. 

Mara was issued traffic citations for Failure to Keep vehicle Under Control and for Non-Registration of an Automobile. Mara was released from the scene.
