The following events occurred on August 5th, 2021:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Traffic Crime:
At approximately 3:39 AM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the N5100 blk State HWY 104, Town of Albany.
Investigation resulted in the driver, Jose M Medina, 25, Beloit, being cited for criminal operate without a valid license, 3rd offense, and speeding. Medina was released pending court.
Criminal Arrest:
At approximately 9:19 AM, Deputies arrested John D Redwine, 20, Rockford, at 2841 6th St., Green County Justice Center, City of Monroe, for bail jumping. Redwine was later released after bond was posted.
