The following incident occurred on Saturday, October 09, 2021:
Disorderly Conduct –
At approximately 12:31 AM, Deputies responded to the 200 block of S. Cincinnati St. in the Village of Albany for an individual that was intoxicated and out of control.
Investigation revealed that Chase A.R. Sloniker, 20 of Evansville, was intoxicated and was yelling at other occupants in the household. Chase also threw and shattered a bottle of liquor.
Chase was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and was transported to the Green County Jail pending a court appearance or posting of his bond.
Chase was also issued a citation for Underage Consumption of Alcohol.
