All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The following incident occurred on Monday, October 25, 2021:
OWI Arrest –
At 3:23 AM, Deputies stopped to check on a disabled vehicle in the south bound shoulder of the roadway near the area of N6900 State Highway 69, Town of Washington. Investigation revealed that the driver, Michael W. Moser, 65 of Monticello, pulled over due to having a blown tire and then fell asleep in the vehicle.
Further investigation resulted in Michael being placed under arrest for Operating While Under the Influence of Alcohol, 1st Offense. Michael was booked into the Green County Jail pending a responsible party.
Probation and Parole Arrest:
At approximately 3:42 PM, Deputies responded to the Green County Probation and Parole Office in the City of Monroe and arrested, Lisa M. Valentin, 47 of Monroe, who had a Probation Hold placed on her by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Lisa was incarcerated in the Green County Jail.
Traffic Crime –
The prior day on 10/24/2021, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a semi-tractor in the W5700 block of State Highway 11, Town of Monroe. Investigation resulted in the driver, Brian R. Neuenschwander, 67 of Browntown, being cited for Operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle without a Commercial Driver’s License. Brian was given a future court date and his semi was placed out of service.
