The following incident occurred on Tuesday, October 26, 2021:
Possession of THC –
At approximately 4:33 AM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the W3400 block of State Highway 11, Town of Sylvester. Investigation resulted in the driver, Logan A. Lewis, 24 of Peral City, IL, being cited for Possession of THC. Logan was released pending a future court appearance.
Traffic Crime –
At approximately 3:51 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the W600 block of State Highway 11, Town of Spring Grove. Investigation resulted in the driver, Victor Mendoza-Caballero, 29 of Brodhead, being cited for speed, 84 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, Operating Without a Valid License (2nd Offense Within 3 Years), and for Operating a Motor vehicle Without Insurance. Victor was released pending a future court appearance.
Traffic Crime –
At approximately 6:57 PM, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the N7500 block of State Highway 69, Town of New Glarus. Investigation resulted in the driver, Kelsey M. Gruter, 32 of Belleville, being cited for Operating While Revoked due to Alcohol and No Proof of Insurance. Kelsey was released pending a future court appearance.
