The following incident occurred on Monday, November 22, 2021:
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia –
At approximately 1:44 AM, Deputies responded to the Green County Jail, 2827 6th St., City of Monroe, as drug paraphernalia had been located on a subject currently being booked in to the facility.
The incarcerated subject, Riley R. Costa-Spohn, 25, was subsequently charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was booked into the Green County Jail on this charge. Riley is held pending his initial court appearance or posting of his bond.
