The following incidents occurred on Thursday, November 25th, 2021:

Motor Vehicle Accident- Personal Injury:

At approximately 5:47 AM, Deputies responded to the W800 block of State Highway 11, Town of Decatur, for a report of a car vs deer accident with injuries.

Investigations determined John C Duelmer Jr, 69, of Brodhead, was westbound on State Highway 11 when a deer entered the roadway striking his vehicle. Duelmer sustained minor injury, reported wearing his seatbelt, and there was airbag deployment. Duelmer’s vehicle was towed from the scene due to disabling damage.

Warrant Arrest:

At 6:58 PM, Deputies performed a welfare check on a vehicle in the N2200 block of County Highway T, Town of Spring Grove.

The welfare check resulted in the driver, Shasta C Howell, 43, of Brodhead, being arrested on a warrant from the Beloit Police Department. Howell was transported to the Green County Jail where bond was posted.
