The following incidents occurred on Friday, November 26th, 2021:
OWI Arrest:
At approximately 1:26 AM, Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the W3200 block of County Highway EE, Town of Mt. Pleasant.
During the investigation the driver was identified as Levi J Rundle, 25, of Albany. Rundle was subsequently arrested after he attempted to flee from Deputies in his vehicle. Rundle was arrested for OWI-1st offense, Resist or Obstruct an Officer, Knowingly Flee an Officer, and Possession of a firearm while intoxicated. Rundle was further cited for speeding and Reckless Endangerment.
Rundle was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending an initial court appearance.
