The following incident occurred on Monday, November 29, 2021:
OWI 4th Arrest -
At approximately 5:41 PM, deputies responded to the 200 block of Divison St., Brooklyn, for a report of an intoxicated driver. Deputies located the driver, Patrick D. Horn, 39 of Brooklyn, asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle. Investigation determined Patrick was under the influence of alcohol and he was arrested for Operating While Under the Influence of Alcohol, 4th Offense and Possession of THC. Patrick was held at the Green County Jail pending his initial court appearance.
