All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The following incident occurred on Wednesday, December 01, 2021:

Motor Vehicle Crash - 

At approximately 9:10 AM, Deputies and the New Glarus Police Department responded to the N9400 block of County Highway O, Town of New Glarus, for a report of a single vehicle rollover crash. 

Investigation revealed that the operator, Paula M. Severson, 54 of Mt. Horeb, was traveling south on County O when a deer entered the roadway. Paula swerved to avoid the deer and exited the roadway, rolling her vehicle. Paula reported not being injured and wearing her seatbelt. There was airbag deployment and the vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. 

Warrant Arrest - 

At approximately 9:14 PM, Deputies responded to the N9500 block of Legler Rd., Town of Town of Brooklyn, to locate a subject with an active warrant for her arrest. Deputies successfully located the subject, Abby L. Jensen, 35 of Brooklyn, and took her into custody on her warrant for Failure to Appear. Abby was booked into the Green County Jail pending her initial court appearance.
