The following incident occurred on Tuesday, December 07, 2021:
Weapons Offense –
At approximately 3:13 AM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the W1900 block of STH 11, Town of Spring Grove.
Investigation revealed the operator, Lendell McClain Jr., 46 of Freeport, to be in possession of a fireman. Lendell was subsequently arrested for Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Lendell was also cited for speed and possession of THC.
Lendell was held at the Green County Jail pending his initial court appearance.
