The following incidents occurred on Sunday, December 12th, 2021:
OWI:
At approximately 2:51 AM, Deputies responded to the intersection of Haddinger Rd and Advance Rd, Town of Clarno, for a report of a suspicious vehicle revving its engine.
Investigations found that a vehicle had crashed in a field near this intersection. The driver, identified as Kory R Costa, 26, of Monroe, was subsequently arrested for Operating While Under the Influence-3rd offense and misdemeanor bail jumping. Costa was further charged with Resist or Obstruct an Officer, Damage to Property, and Disorderly Conduct. Costa received citations for Failure to keep vehicle under control, Operate a motor vehicle without an IID installed, Failure to notify law enforcement of an accident, Hit and run property adjacent to a roadway, and Operating after revocation.
Costa’s passenger was identified as Dana M Casselman, 29, of Orangeville.
Costa was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
