The following incidents occurred on December,15th, 2021:
Motor Vehicle Accident-Personal Injury:
At approximately 12:47AM, Deputies assisted by Albany EMS, the Albany Fire Department, Brodhead EMS, and Green County EMS, responded to the W1000 block of County Highway E, Town of Decatur, for a report of a single vehicle accident.
Investigations determined the driver, Brady A Denniston, 36, of Davis, was westbound on County Highway E when he failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle left the roadway, rolled, and came to rest in the West ditch. Denniston sustained injuries as a result of the crash and was transported by EMS for further medical care. Denniston had not been wearing a seatbelt and the vehicle’s airbags did not deploy.
Denniston’s passenger was identified as Derek L Thompson, 41, of Brodhead. Thompson reported injuries and reported wearing his seatbelt. Thompson was transported by EMS for further medical care.
Denniston’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
Motor Vehicle Accident-Property Damage:
At approximately 9:49 PM, Deputies responded to the W8000 block of State Highway 81, Town of Jordan, for a car vs tree accident.
The driver was identified as Robert M Davis, 40, of Winslow, who reported traveling eastbound when he struck a downed tree in the roadway. Davis reported wearing his seatbelt, reported no injuries, and the airbags did not deploy.
Davis’ vehicle sustained disabling damages and was towed from the scene.
