The Green County Coroner's Office has reported that the third victim of a fatal crash that occurred on October 9th, 2021 at approximately 7:00 a.m. at the intersection of STH 11/81 and CTH GG has been identified as Evaristo Antonio Perez, age 51 of Beloit. Mr. Perez was a passenger and the third fatality in a vehicle that collided with a semi trailer at the intersection that morning.
