The following incidents occurred on Monday, December 20th, 2021:
Drug/Narc Violation:
At approximately 10:29 AM, Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the N7200 block of State Highway 69, Town of Washington.
As a result of the traffic stop, the driver was identified as Earl N Rucker, 58, of Freeport. Rucker was cited for speeding and possess 25 grams or less of marijuana.
Rucker was released with a court date.
