The following events occurred on December 23, 2021:

Traffic Offense

At 10:11 pm, In the W4000 block of STH 11/81 in Sylvester Township, Deputies stopped and cited Laura Gonzalez, F/U, 23 of Monroe for Speeding and Operating while suspended.  A valid driver, picked her up from the scene and she was released with a court date.

MV Crash – PI  / Operate while Intoxicated

At approximately 10:38 PM, Deputies, along with Green County EMS, Browntown FD, and Browntown First Response, responded to the N2100 block of Dill Rd., in Cadiz Township, for a report of a single vehicle rollover crash with injuries.  The driver, Kimber L. Raemisch, 34, of Monroe, said she was travelling northbound on when she reportedly looked down at her phone and then saw she was driving on the east shoulder when she looked back up.   Kimber advised that she was wearing her seatbelt and was later transported to the MCER, via EMS, for further medical attention.  Kimber's vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.   Kimber was arrested for Operating While under the Influence (1st offense - alcohol).   Kimber was also cited for failure to maintain control of vehicle and inattentive driving.  Kimber was later released to a responsible party with a mandatory court date.
