OPERATE WITHOUT VALID DL – 3rd Offense
At 1:42 AM, Richard A. Johnson, 45, of Brodhead, was stopped for speeding in the W5200 block of STH 11, in the Town of Monroe. Johnson was later cited for Operating without a Valid Driver's License (3rd offense within 2 years) and verbally warned for speeding and not having proof of insurance. Johnson was later released to a valid driver with a mandatory court date.
