Drug/Narcotic Violation
At 1:32 AM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a driver’s license violation in the 300 block of N. Cincinnati St., in the Village of Albany. The investigation resulted in the driver, Juan Carlos Mendez Andrade, 25, of Monroe, being cited for Possession of Marijuana and Operating Without a Valid Driver’s License. Mendez Andrade was later released pending court.
