Operating While under the Influence
At 6:45 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the N3400 block of STH 69, in the Town of Monroe. The investigation resulted in the driver, Nicholas J. Bansley, 24, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Bansley was additionally cited for Speeding and Expired Registration. Bansley was later released to a responsible person pending court.
