Operating While Under the Influence
At 2:16 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding, in the W1800 blk of STH 11, Town of Spring Grove. The investigation resulted in the driver, Carlos A. Apaez Campos, 31, IL, being placed under arrest for Operating While Under the Influence. Carlos was additionally cited for a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration (greater than .08) and speeding. Carlos was transported to the jail and given a mandatory court date.
