Operating While under the Influence
At 9:50 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation in the W6400 block of STH 11, in the Town of Monroe. The investigation resulted in the driver, Reese R. Guillory, 35, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Guillory was additionally cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration (greater than .15), Expired Registration, and No Motor Vehicle Insurance. Guillory was later released to a responsible person pending court.
