Criminal Arrest
At 11:44 PM, Deputies responded to the W6600 block of Smock Valley Rd., in the Town of Monroe, for a reported disturbance. The investigation resulted in Shawn S. Francis, 32, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct, falling under domestic abuse laws, and for a Probation Violation. Francis was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
