The following incidents occurred on Saturday, December 30th, 2023:

Domestic Problem:
At 1:32 AM, Deputies responded to the N2300 block of Bloom Ln Town of Clarno, for a reported disturbance.
Investigations resulted in Kenin L Stewart Sr, 39, of Monroe, being arrested for bail jumping, theft, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct. Stewart was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
Monroe PD assisted with this incident.
OWI:
On 12/31/2023 at 2:41 AM, Deputies responded to the W2200 block of Zurfluh Rd, Town of Albany, for a report of a two vehicle accident.
Investigations found that a vehicle operated by Kaleb J Uttech, 21, of Waterloo (WI) was eastbound on Zurfluh Rd when he lost control on the ice-covered roadway. Uttech’s vehicle entered the North ditch. A second vehicle operated by Kory M Tofte,21, of Brooklyn was eastbound on Zurfluh Rd when it also lost control due to the ice-covered roadway. Tofte’s vehicle then collided with Uttech’s vehicle.
Uttech and Tofte both denied injury and no airbag deployment. Both vehicles sustained damages and were towed from the scene.
Tofte was arrested for operating while under the influence. Tofte was further cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration, operating while suspended, and failure to keep vehicle under control. Tofte was released to a responsible party.
