Drug/Narcotic Violation
At 3:57 AM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the W5100 block of STH 11, in the Town of Monroe. The investigation resulted in the driver, Jacqueline D. Fero, 60, of Whitewater, being cited for Possession of THC. Fero was later released pending court.
