ACCIDENT-PI
At 6:02 AM, Deputies, along with Blanchardville EMS, responded to the W8800 blk of Yankee Hollow Rd, York Township, for a motor vehicle crash with injuries. Investigation found that a vehicle operated by, Wyatt J. Engle, 16, of Platteville, was traveling east on Yankee Hollow Rd, when he failed to negotiate a curve. Engle's vehicle struck a mailbox and entered the east ditch, where it rolled before coming to rest. Engle advised he was wearing his seatbelt, no airbag deployment, and a minor injury. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
