MVC - Property Damage

At 12:23 PM, Deputies responded to the intersection of STH 69 and STH 81, Argyle interchange, Town of Monroe for a two vehicle accident. Investigations found that a vehicle operated by Quinn T Schultz, 23, of Monroe, was southbound on State Highway 81 when another vehicle operated by Connor J Novak, 24, of Browntown, was turning southbound onto STH 69 from the STH 11 off ramp and failed to see him.  Novak collided with Schultz's vehicle. Schultz and Novak both denied injury, both reported wearing their seatbelts, and there was no airbag deployment in either vehicle. Schultz's vehicle sustained functional damage and was driven from the scene.  Novak's vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

Novak was cited for inattentive driving and released with a court date.
