The following events occurred on October 7, 2024:

Criminal Arrest
At 5:29 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the W4900 block of STH 11, in the Town of Monroe. The investigation resulted in the driver, Keith A. Hertzner, 31, of Winnebago, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of THC, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hertzner was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
