The following incidents occurred on Thursday, October 3rd, 2024:
OWI:
At approximately 6:21 AM, Deputies stopped to check the welfare of a driver in the W1700 block of State Highway 11, Town of Spring Grove.
Investigations resulted in Brandon A Diaz, 21, of Brodhead being arrested for operating while under the influence-1st. Diaz was further cited for operating after suspension. Diaz was transported to the Green County Jail where he was later released to a responsible party.
*All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
