The following incident occurred on Wednesday, November 29, 2023:
OWI Arrest -
At approximately 12:38 AM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the N5200 block of State Highway 104, Town of Albany, for traveling 97 MPH in a posted 55 MPH zone. Further investigation resulted in the operator, Carl S. Ruegsegger, 32 of Juda, being placed under arrest for Operating While Under the Influence of Alcohol - 1st Offense. Carl was transported to the Green Couty Jail where he was later released to a responsible party.
