The following events occurred on November 28, 2023:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
WARRANT ARREST:
At 12:58 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the W9700 block of State Highway 11, in the Town of Cadiz, for the registered owner having an active arrest warrant. Investigation resulted in Justin R. Myers, 46 of South Wayne being arrested for a warrant through the Department of Corrections. Myers was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
