The following events occurred on November 22, 2023:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
DOMESTIC ABUSE:
At 7:49 a.m., Deputies responded to a residence in the N3600 block of State Highway 81, in the Town of Monroe, for the report of a disturbance. The investigation resulted in Shane M. Segner, 44 of Monroe, being arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Damage to Property, and Bail Jumping. Segner was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court. The Monroe Police Department assisted at the scene.
