The following events occurred on November 17, 2023:

MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH-PROPERTY DAMAGE:
At 1:56 p.m., Deputies responded to the N3600 block of State Highway 81, in the Town of Monroe, for a two-vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Dennis L. Cleaveland, 73 of Monroe was traveling northbound, when he slowed in preparation to turn. Another northbound vehicle operated by Jason M. Reamer, 37 of Monroe collided into Cleaveland’s vehicle. All occupants advised of no injuries, were wearing their seatbelts, and no airbag deployment. Both vehicles sustained functional damage and were towed from the scene. Investigation resulted in Reamer being cited for Inattentive Driving. Reamer was released pending court.
