The following incidents occurred on Tuesday, November 7th, 2023:

Motor Vehicle Crash- Personal Injury:
At approximately 12:02 PM, Deputies responded to the W7800 block of State Highway 11, Town of Cadiz, for a car vs deer accident with injuries reported.
Investigations found that a vehicle operated by Herbert C Chapman, 83, of Brodhead was westbound when he struck a deer in the roadway. Chapman reported wearing his seatbelt and minor injury. Chapman’s passenger, Barbara J Chapman, 80, of Brodhead reported wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured.
The vehicle’s airbags deployed and as a result of the crash sustained disabling damage. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Motor Vehicle Crash- Personal Injury:
At approximately 5:50 AM, Deputies responded to the W400 block of Stateline Rd, Town of Spring Grove, for a car vs deer accident with injuries reported.
Investigations found that a vehicle operated by Savanna R Lamb, 25, of Brodhead, was eastbound when her vehicle collided with the deer in the roadway. Lamb reported wearing her seatbelt, no airbag deployment, and minor injury.
Lamb’s vehicle sustained functional damage and was driven from the scene.
