All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The following incident occurred on Friday, October 27, 2023:

Warrant Arrest - 

At approximately 5:54 AM, Deputies responded to the W4300 blk of STH 59, Town of Sylvester, for a car vs. deer crash.  The operator, Angela A. Kline, 46 of Browntown, was traveling east bound on STH 59, when a deer entered the roadway, striking her vehicle.  The vehicle sustained functional damage with no airbag deployment.  Angela reported wearing her seatbelt and not being injured.  Further investigation resulted in Angela being placed under arrest for an active warrant for Failure to Support.  Angela was transported to the Green County Jail where she will be held.  Angela was also cited for Operating without a Valid License - 1st Offense. 

Probation Arrest - 

At approximately 12:23 PM, Deputies responded to the Green County Probation and Parole Office and placed Kyle A. Ralph, 37 of Monroe, under arrest for a Probation Hold. Kyle was transported to the Green County Jail where he will be held.
