The following events occurred on October 20, 2023:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
DRUG/NARCOTICS VIOLATION:
At 9:52 p.m., Deputies conducted a security check at Liberty Pole Park, in the Town of Brooklyn,
deputies located an occupied vehicle. Further investigation resulted in Elizabeth R. Wicik, 22 of
Brooklyn, being cited for Possession of THC and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Wicik was released
pending court.
