The following events occurred on October 17,2023:

MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH-PROPERTY DAMAGE:
At 11:40 p.m., Deputies, Brodhead Police Department, and Albany EMS responded to the 300 block of North Mechanic Street, in the Village of Albany for the report of a crash with unknown injuries. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Brittney E. Tande, 28 of Albany was traveling northbound when she collided with a unoccupied, legally parked vehicle. Tande reported no injuries, was wearing her seatbelt, and the airbags had deployed. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage and were towed from the scene. Investigation resulted in Tande being cited for Inattentive Driving. Tande was released pending court.
