The following events occurred on October 16, 2023:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
DOMESTIC ABUSE:
At 8:37 p.m., Deputies responded to a residence in the W5500 block of Center Road, in the Town of Monroe for the report of a disturbance. Investigation resulted in Aubrey E. Mcnett, 37 of Monroe, being arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Battery both Domestic related. Mcnett was later released pending court.
