The following events occurred on October 3, 2023:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
BAIL JUMPING:
At 9:13 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a speed violation in the W800 block of State Highway 59, in the Town of Albany. Investigation resulted in the driver, Walter H. Crawford, 63 of Albany being arrested for Violating Conditions of Bond. Crawford was also cited for Operating after Revocation. Crawford was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
