All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The following incident occurred on Saturday, September 30, 2023:

Motor Vehicle Crash with Injury - 

At approximately 2:27 AM, Deputies and Brodhead EMS responded to the N4700 block of County Highway E, Town of Decatur, for a single motorcycle crash with injury. Investigation determined the operator, Jared G. Condon, 31 of Brodhead, was traveling southbound when he lost control of his motorcycle. The motorcycle overturned in the roadway and Jared then walked himself to the nearest residence to call for help. Jared was transported by EMS for non-life-threatening injuries and the motorcycle was towed from the scene. 

Warrant Arrest - 

At approximately 3:20 AM, Deputies responded to the W600 block of Bump Rd., Town of Albany, for a report of a subject attempting to hitchhike along the roadway. The subject, Jeremiah L. Darwin, 22 of Evansville, was located and subsequently arrested for an active warrant for Failure to Appear on a prior traffic incident. Jeremiah was transported to the Green County Jail where he will be held until his initial appearance or posting of his bond.
