The following incident occurred on Friday, September 29, 2023:
Probation Arrest -
At approximately 12:52 PM, Deputies responded to the Green County Probation and Parole Office, 2841 6th St., City of Monroe, and placed Zachary J. Blackwood, 20, under arrest for a Probation Hold. Zachary was transported to the Green County Jail where he will be held.
