OWI:
On 12/31/2022 at 12:21 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the W7700 block of State Highway 81, in the Town of Jordan. Investigation resulted in Jackson U. Herrera Rizo, 31 of Monroe being arrested for OWI (1st). Herrera Rizo was cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration (1st) and Operating without a Valid License. Herrera Rizo was later released to a responsible party pending court.
