The following events occurred on November 20, 2022:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
OWI:
At 5:08 a.m., Deputies, along with Green County EMS and Juda First Response, responded to the W2300 block of State Highway 11, in the Town of Spring Grove, for the report of a vehicle parked along the roadway and the operator was unresponsive. Investigation resulted in Samantha R.M. Estep 36, of Monroe being arrested for Operating While Under the Influence (2nd). Estep was later released to a responsible party pending court.
