The following incidents occurred on Saturday, October, 15. 2022:
Traffic Crime:
At 9:06 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the W3500 block of STH 11, Town of Sylvester. The driver, Luis Aceituno, 28, of Monticello. Aceituno was cited for OAR-Alcohol and was released with a future mandatory court appearance.
At 10:10 pm, Deputies stopped Luis Aceituno, 28 of Monticello, for OAR, in the W4800 block of CTH KK, Sylvester Township. Aceituno was cited for OAR and was released with a mandatory court appearance.
