What do I do if I believe that the Highway Department has caused damage to my personal property?

If you believe that the Green County Highway Department has caused damage to your personal property, please contact us immediately to notify us of the incident.  Before calling, please try to gather as much information as possible, including: Equipment or truck number involved, personnel involved, time and location of incident and any other pertinent information.

When you call to report the damage, you will be asked to submit a written statement to the Highway Department.  Form is provided below.  Your statement will be given to the County Clerk for action.
