ROADWORK / UPDATE TO INTERSECTION OF STH 11/STH81/CTH GG:
On Thursday, December 7, 2023 the Wisconsin Department of Transportation notified the Green County Sheriff's Office and Green County Highway Department of a upcoming change in traffic flow for the intersection of STH 11/STH81/CTH GG in the Township of Spring Grove, Green County, WI.
Effective Wednesday, December 13, 2023 there will be a new 4-way stop at the STH 81/STH 11/CTHGG intersection. This will include overhead aluminum arms with stop signs and flashing red beacons. There will also be Stop Ahead signs posted ahead of each approach to the intersection. The install will begin during the morning hours of Wednesday, December 13, 2023 and should be completed and usable the same day. Please prepare for the new flow of traffic and expect delays during installation. Consider an alternate route of travel during your commute on December 13th to provide the work crew with the safety and space they will need to complete this roadway update (if you are able to do so).
