In response to the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, Human Resources will be taking the necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our visitors and staff while doing our part to assist in minimizing the spread.
The mission of the Green County Human Resources Department is to recruit, develop and retain a high performing and diverse workforce that fosters a safe and productive work environment for all Green County Employees. The human resources staff strives to achieve these goals by creating positive employee relations, encouraging equal opportunity, providing quality customer service and facilitating the duties listed in the following.

Workman's Compensation
The following forms must be completed immediately following a work injury or illness and faxed or sent to the Human Resources office within 24 hours of the injury or illness:
The following forms must be completed by the employee and submitted to the Department of Human Resources as soon as is possible and practical, with 30 days advance notice being optimal:
